[Gmcnet] Duracool compatibility

I am not convinced that refrigerants have had the effect on the ozone
layer that the government claims and I believe the regulations went
completely overboard, Since I have a couple of cards in my pocket that
qualify me to work on the full range of refrigeration systems, I am
pretty rigorous about following the rules. What individuals do in the
privacy of their back forty is not my job to control. However, by
telling the whole story, everyone can, at least, make a knowledgeable
decision.

Well written by both of you.
If I had responded it would have come out something like, "who gives a
ratzazz
about anything the EPA says? But, since you both covered it so well, I
won't.
