Rob,
I had Allstate emergency road service. I was hauling a car back from
Great Falls
Montana when I shredded a tire on the car hauler. In a mountain pass,
(Wolf Creek))
90 miles from Great Falls, 60 miles from Helena, stuck in a snow bank
in the ditch
and it was snowing. Barely had a signal but got through. After 20
minutes on hold,
the agent returned to me and directed me to a shop in Helena where I
could get the
tire repaired. Patience hell, I wanted to talk to somebody like a
microphone in a
baaad way. Never, never again with Allstate.
