[Gmcnet] Wheel Liner Repair

Has anyone determined the composition wheel liners. I
checked with Acetone, MEK and PVC solvent and got no
results. I need to make some edge repairs. I tried 
Epoxy and mat but found that storing them in the 
sunlight the adhesion was seriously affected to 
the point of failure. so that is not the way to go.
Hoping to find a repair solution.
